Professional goals
Since I finished faculty I worked for 3 different companies. I learned a lot of programming stuff for this time period, but if You are working for somebody else You can't really learn all the stuff that You want to learn. And You can't make that much money that You want, especially in Serbia... So after these experiences that I picked from last years I decided to change my job again and start working as software developer at University of Belgrade, to be precise, at Innovation Center of Mechanical University. The benefit of this work is that I have flexible working hours so I can do some projects apart from my daily duties as software developer at faculty.
So, my goal in the future years will be to create a startup - smaller or larger type of company where I can work on the projects that I find interesting and where I can be in control of how the company is evolving. This isn't a caprice, I am really tired of working for others on uninteresting projects for small salary. If You can't find a proper, interesting, well paid job, why don't You create one?
